Shipping and Returns Policy

All of our Oak Leather items are made by hand. We follow a made to order production schedule so as not to mass produce or create waste. In this way we follow an ethos of sustainable slow fashion. If something you have ordered is in stock, it will be delivered to you sooner. But if it is not in stock, then we ask clients to please allow between 7 and 14 working days for their order to be delivered. 

Shipping Rate:

We ship all our products nationwide in South Africa at no additional cost. 

Our Courier Service:

We use The Courier Guy to deliver all orders. Please send us your physical address as our courier does not ship to a PO Box.

Returns and Refunds: 

We do not allow returns or refunds unless the item you have ordered has arrived in a damaged state. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if it has arrived in a damaged state and send us photographic evidence of the damage as soon as possible. We will then determine whether you are eligible for a refund via store credit. We do not refund cash. Please note that return shipping and handling fees will be the responsibility of the client, so sending an item back to us will be at your expense.
