Product Details
Our Sandra Business Bag is a true statement piece. It's one of the first bags we designed after we recognised the need for a bag that functions like a laptop bag, but doesn't really look like one - especially if you add the bow!
We make it entirely by hand using a hybrid of vegetable-tanned and chrome-tanned leather, with an option to add an outside bow or keep it in a classic style.
Dimensions: 30cm x 40cm x 14cm
Since leather is a natural material, colour variation and small scars or faint scratches may feature on our products, but every imperfection gives our handbags their unique rustic appearance.
We follow a made to order process and therefore ask our customers to please allow from 7 to 14 working days for any purchased items to be delivered.

Care & Maintenance
To maintain the beauty and integrity of your purchase, we recommend treating it with care. Simple maintenance practices, such as occasionally wiping your product with a clean damp cloth. If necessary and leather is dry, a leather balsam can be rubbed on the item to bring moisture back into the leather. Please note we only recommend this if the leather is showing signs of being dry.
Cotton items have a care label on it.
Delivery, returns & repairs
Delivery: Our gift to you, free shipping nationwide with The Courier Guy. Please allow 7 to 14 working days (sooner if your item is in stock).
Returns: Every piece is handmade for you, so we don't offer cash refunds. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, message us within 7 days with photos and we'll repair, remake or replace it, or give you store credit.
Our repair promise: If a zip, strap, seam or stitching on one of our handmade leather goods gives in, send it back and we'll fix or replace the affected part at no charge. You arrange and pay for the courier both ways. Permanent damage and damage caused by misuse can't be repaired. Shoes and cotton clothing are made by other South African companies and are not covered by this promise.
